Born and raised in Nepal, Sharad always loved to get lost in nature.  He received his B.E. in Civil Engineering and M.S in Water Resources Engineering from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. . After graduating he served in different construction projects and taught water resources to undergraduates.  In 2012 he came to the US and settled in Colorado.

He joined the ERC team in 2023 and has engaged in different projects for design review and project management.

When out of the office he enjoys hiking, camping and road trips with family and friends throughout the Rocky Mountain region.  Besides outdoor activities, he also enjoys spending time cooking
